APZ Maine Coons' breeding philosophy focuses on ethical practices, genetic diversity, and the health and well-being of their cats. We ensure that each Maine Coon is not only beautiful but also healthy and well-socialized, making them a top choice.
APZ Maine Coons is a family-owned TICA registered cattery. We are licensed in the State of Florida. We breed European Maine Coons. All our cats are imported and DNA tested, with results available for viewing.
We are a closed cattery, which means that our cats and kittens are not exposed to cats outside the cattery. This greatly reduces the risk of exposure to infectious diseases. Our cats have free roam of the house, except for litters and nursing mothers, which have their own nursery. All kittens leave the cattery up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and de-worming, and come with a health certificate from our veterinarian.
We welcome initial live video visits to meet your kitten. After your initial deposit, you will have access to updates and videos until your kitten is ready to go home. Please note that we do not release kittens until they are at least three months of age.
Please note: We do not hold kittens without a deposit nor do we take deposits prior to a litter being born. If there is a kitten you are interested in, putting down a deposit and reserving it is the only way to secure it, otherwise it will still be listed as available. The deposit is $500 non-refundable, but in the event you change your mind, or want something else, you may carry over the deposit to the next available litter which would give you first pick in the order your deposit was received. The deposit should be made via Zelle, or in cash. The remaining balance should be in cash when you pick up your kitten. When picking up your kitten please be sure to bring an appropriate pet carrier.
